The below information shows the fee structure for registration for the Annual Conference & Institute.  On-line registration is now open.  Registration Information is now posted.  Our goal is to offer you the best educational and networking experience available at the most reasonable cost to you and your organization. You have a number of choices to register for the conference and trade show.  Either register on-line and pay via credit card, or click on the links to the right (materials will be available shortly) to download the registration forms.

Want to get involved? The deadline to submit an application to volunteer on the 2014  Aquatic Conference and Education Institute's planning committee and other committees is April 1, 2013  Applications are available in the left hand column and are filled out on-line. 

Interested in presenting at the 3rd Annual AOAP Conference? Please click on the link in the Left hand column to "Submit a Session" - you will need to have an outline of your session saved on your computer to upload to the form as well as including a brief bio.

Exhibitors: We are excited that we will be able to offer you a venue to promote your products and services to our conference attendees.  Exhibit Hall information is now available.  The 3rd Annual Conference and Exposition is slated to be held in Austin, Tx at the Renaissance Austin Hotel, February 24-25, 2014.  Registration Information information will be available shortly in the links to the left.

* Become a Member to qualify for Member Rates for the Conference and Exposition. In order to qualify for a member rate your company must be a commercial/corporate member of AOAP.

* NOTE: 4% of total sales/rooms during the conference will be taken off of the AOAP total bill per contract.
